The Douglas College International Student Scholarship is a scholarship for international students. This scholarship covers up to $7,000 in tuition fees. A maximum of 5 qualified recipients will be selected each academic year.
This scholarship was established in 2017 to support the recruitment and financial assistance of international students participating in sports activities at Douglas College, and to cover the difference between the tuition fees of international and domestic students.
This scholarship program depends on the student’s performance throughout the academic year. A maximum of 5 eligible recipients will be selected each academic year. Scholarships are divided equally between the fall and winter semesters.

Eligibility for the Douglas College International Student Scholarships
To be eligible for the Douglas College International Scholarship, student must meet all of the following requirements:
Required languages: English
Eligible countries: All countries in the world.
To be admitted, applicants must present a high school diploma with a minimum grade point average of 60% or higher.
Applicants must meet the English language requirements (TOEFL iBT – minimum score 83, IELTS Academic Module – minimum general band test score 6.5).
How to Apply for the Douglas College Scholarships
To apply, follow these instructions:

- Completed and signed application form
- International waiver for anyone with access to admissions information
- copies of your passport and study permit
- School reports
- Graduation certificate with original attested copies if not in English
- Language proficiency test
